Psychologist in private practice with Family Counseling Center in Auburn, IN and a supervising psychologist with Park Center, Fort Wayne, IN. Currently consult with various professionals in the Fort Wayne area. Previously Executive Director of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology 2011-2017. Administrator of ICASSI (International Committee of Adlerian Summer Schools and Institutes) 2008-2015, faculty since 2000 and board member 2002-2006. Served as Director of Treatment and Diagnostic Services for Allen Superior Court Juvenile Center in Allen County from 2004-2011. Founded and served as chief psychologist of Phoenix Associates, Inc. in Fort Wayne from 1981-2004. On the Core Faculty of the Adler School of Professional Psychology (now Adler University) from 1990 to 2008. Faculty at St. Francis College, Fort Wayne from 1982 to 1986 and other adjunct faculty positions at Ball State University, Ivy Tech, and IPFW. Work also includes administrative and clinical work at the Center for Mental Health in Anderson, Indiana.
