Eligibility

Persons who are active in or an honorably discharged veteran of some branch of the military (i.e., Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard) and their spouse.  Proof of status when beginning relationship with AGS is required.

How to apply

Complete the Tuition Discount Scholarship form and submit to Jeanette@alfredadler.edu. Please submit all completed forms prior to November 13th for fall applicants, Nov. 18th for winter applicants and February 24th for all spring applicants.

Adler Graduate School Alumni Scholarship

Open to alumni of Adler Graduate School (students who have completed a master’s degree or 36 credits plus a program of study.)

How to apply

Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) Scholarship

The IDEA Scholarship is open to members of ethnic or racial groups historically excluded from and underrepresented in graduate
education – Black; Asian American; Indigenous (American Indian/Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, or other Native Pacific Islander); Hispanic or Latino/a; Being of a gender and/or sexual orientation or identity historically underrepresented in your field of study; or holding DACA, TPS, refugee, or asylee status.
Additional IDEA Requirements:

  • Must have a final cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.25 or higher from all institutions of previous attendance
    (undergraduate, graduate, etc.)
  • Must have confirmed enrollment at AGS and paid the enrollment fee prior to submitting the scholarship application.
  • To receive the scholarship the student needs to register and attend classes.

Wayne F. Placek Grants These grants are made possible by a bequest from Wayne Placek, a participant in Dr. Evelyn Hooker’s groundbreaking research in the 1950s which showed that homosexuality is not a form of psychopathology.
