Who do I call if I have questions about my Financial Aid or my bill?
Questions about financial aid should be directed to Jeanette Maynard Nelson, Director of Financial Aid, at 612-767-7043, or Jeanette@alfredadler.edu. For billing questions, please contact finance@alfredadler.edu.
Will I receive a tuition bill?
Prior to the beginning of the term, pre-billing statements are emailed from the business office to registered students on a weekly basis. Billing statements are emailed on the first day of the term and monthly thereafter. You may also view your billing information at any time on your student account on Sonis.
Service Charge on Past-due Accounts
All account balances more than 30 days past due are subject to a monthly finance charge equal to 1% (12% annum) of the unpaid balance.
