Human Psychophysiology: Clinical Application of Biofeedback & Neurofeedback - 3CE's
This 3-hour CEU course will provide an overview of human psychophysiology and complex emotional, behavioral, and cognitive response patterns which influence and develop life style.
This knowledge will prepare participants to teach their clients how to track physiological states, responses and their ability to influence both.
Used in couple and/or family therapy, these techniques impact how individuals relate, empathize, and communicate with others.
Participants will learn the basic concepts of biofeedback and neurofeedback and how the techniques can expand an individual’s self-awareness of their psychophysiological states and responses as well as techniques to increase self-regulation across settings.
The applications of physiological tracking, biofeedback, and nuerofeedback create the vehicle for lifestyle changes. These changes indicate the way individuals respond emotionally , behaviorally and cognitively.
