T'ai Ch Chih - Moving Meditation

Then sign up for the T'ai Chi Chih class Friday mornings at 10:00 a.m. to
unwind, relax, and flow with this moving meditation practice that circulates and
balances the vital force within you. T'ai Chi Chih is 19 easy to learn movements
and 1 pose that will calm your nerves and bring a smile to your face.
Put another way, T'ai Chi Chih is a rhythmic bilateral stimulation that works on the
sympathetic nervous system to offer relaxation in mind and body.
Come and join this eight-week fun and easy way to relax, improve your immune system,
and make you smile.
Keep moving both physically and mentally with us this winter while we are housebound.
Class will be conducted over Zoom and is limited to 20 participants.
Registration for all 8 sessions is necessary as each session's skills build on the previous
hour. Each session is $5.00 for a total registration fee of $40.00. AGS students are free.
