Any Conflict Worth Having is Worth Resolving

7/19/2019 - 9:00am to 4:30pm CDT

There are two things humans can count on. Change. And, Conflict. This workshop is based on Adlerian principles. It also focuses on a Conflict Resolution Process (CRP) that John Reardon created and has used to resolve conflicts, and train people in conflict resolution since 1985.

This CRP has been used by John in therapy, counseling, and coaching; as well as in consulting with business, the courts. medical groups, school systems, and religious organizations. In many of these resolution instances, the CRP has become a critical part of life for these cultures.

In partnership with the Adler Graduate School, John is eager to train with you, and equip you to bring skills and resolution to those you work with and serve. And, also to partner with you in "Taking Adler to the Streets"! This workshop is experiential. It combines specific input, with exercises, and skill work. It will be interactive and dialogical.
