Weather Cancellation Procedure
Your safety and academic success are always a top priority. In the event of inclement weather, Adler Graduate School will monitor sources such as the National Weather Service, regional weather reports, and MNDOT road conditions reports. In most cases, the school president, faculty, and staff will make a decision to cancel evening classes by 2:00 PM the day of weekday classes, and 5:00 AM the day of weekend classes.
Potential Outcomes:
- Classes will continue as regularly scheduled.
- Classes will continue, waiving attendance consequences for those determining it is too difficult and/or dangerous to travel.
- Classes are canceled. Note: If classes are canceled, they will usually be scheduled for make-up as soon as possible.
Communication Methods:
We will notify students via email and/or the home page (alfredadler.edu) for weather cancellation updates. Thank you for your attention to this important matter and always remember to drive cautiously during inclement weather.
