Richard received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN with a concentration in the integration of spirituality and counseling. He is an endorsed Pastoral Counselor in the Episcopal Church, Diocese of Minnesota. He is licensed in clinical social work as well as in marriage and family therapy.
