Meghan Williams, MA. LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), certified in Prepare/Enrich, and is a Level 2 Reiki practitioner. In addition, Meghan is a site supervisor for AGS practicum and internship students, and is currently working towards becoming a MN board-approved supervisor and AAMFT approved supervisor.  Meghan earned her BA from the University of Texas at Dallas from the School of Behavioral and Neuroscience in Psychology and Child Development.   Meghan then went on to earn her MA in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the Adler Graduate School.  Meghan has also earned credits towards a doctoral degree from Capella University and Argosy University. 

Meghan has had her private practice, H.U.G.E. Heart Counseling & Therapy. LLC, since 2010.  She has worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (Asperger's Syndrome & Autism) since 2001. Meghan’s specialties include ASD, low-vision/blindness, couple relationships, anxiety/depression, LGBTQQAAIP, sexuality, & spirituality.

When working with clients, students, and colleagues, Meghan uses a holistic, strength-based approach offering hope, understanding, growth, and encouragement.
