Kate is the owner of Life Direction Coaching. She specializes in coaching women executives, team building in small- and mid-sized businesses and in coaching individuals engaged in life-long learning and personal growth. She also works to develop partnerships between educational systems and companies such as AMEX, GMAC-RFC, Cargill and others. She has trained business interns and provided professional development for educators.
