Carmen has over 20 years of experience helping individuals with all facets of career counseling and coaching. With the guiding principal of living life more “intentionally,” she helps individuals maximize their “mindset” and use cutting-edge strategies to achieve career/life fulfillment. Carmen received the Jules Kerlan Lifetime Achievement Award by the MN Career Development Association for her contributions to the field of career counseling, and has served as President for this organization. She is referenced in "What Color is Your Parachute" as a thought leader in the use of portfolios for career assessment, enhancement and personal branding.
