Bev has twenty-five years of experience as a corporate insider and over sixteen years as a consulting "outsider". Bev is also the cofounder and principal of The Legacy Center. The center helps individuals, organizations, and communities identify and preserve their non-financial legacies - those stories, values, lessons learned and questions asked, that are so important to share with current and future generations.

Bev specializes in organizational consulting and in individual and group coaching. Skilled in project leadership, facilitation, transitions and cross-functional perspectives, Bev's coaching and consulting practice has been supported almost entirely by referrals for over sixteen years. Her corporate clients have included the American Academy of Neurology, Honeywell, the Minnesota Workforce Center, 3M, the State of Minnesota Department of Administration, Bloomington Public Schools, the Anoka County Highway Department, Kroll Ontrack and the United States Postal Service. Her individual coaching practice has included clients from all areas of the United States as well as from Canada, Mexico and Europe.
