Language of Instruction and Language Proficiency
The Adler Graduate School language of instruction is English. Therefore, you are expected to speak, read, write, and understand the English language fluently or at the level sufficient for graduate level education.
If your previous degree was earned outside of the US, your international transcripts must be evaluated and reviewed for eligibility as part of the admission process. The evaluation is not a guarantee of admission. Following is a list of agencies that you may contact to have your degree evaluated:
Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions indicating the degree conferred or if the degree was earned outside of the US, international transcripts must be evaluated and reviewed for eligibility as part of the admission process by Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. (ECE). The evaluation is not a guarantee of admission. The transcript evaluation fee is a separate fee paid in addition to the application fee. The evaluation must be sent directly to the Adler Graduate School along with an official copy of the transcript(s) that were evaluated.
Because of the mostly online nature of the Adlerian Studies Online Program, Adler cannot honor a request for a visa. Further, we do not offer visas for residential weekend, work permits, or other types of visas. Obtaining necessary permits to enter the United States is your responsibility.
Please be aware that financial aid available for Adler students is provided through the US Federal Student Financial Aid programs and is not available to non-US residents. Please check on tuition, fees, and other financial matters carefully.
