The purpose of this lecture-experiential course is to teach play therapy theory, techniques, and practice to graduate students who have completed the required course prerequisites. Students will learn about the rationale behind the use of play therapy, various theoretical approaches to play therapy (including Adlerian Play Therapy), and the techniques used for effective child-centered play therapy.
There are two ways that you can take this course:
For graduate credit: a one-credit course for graduate credit is $550.
For Continuing Education credit: a one-credit course for no graduate credit is $399.
Please note: Due to the experiential component of this course, auditing is not available.
