Creating & Maintaining Healthy Business Practices for the 21st Century
Many company’s are operating based on the past where Transactional Leadership was the rule. As companies strive to be global entities, new strategies are needed and new paradigms are required in order to adapt and acclimate. Plus the millennial generation is bringing in new technology skills to the workplace and wanting a mentoring relationship and work life balance more than any other generation. Therefore a New Social Contract is required and this presentation/workshop will provide some new Adlerian ideas, tools, and recommendations that are needed as the Baby Boomer generation leaves and the Millennial generation enters the workplace. How do employees get empowered in a positive manner and create a healthy work environment in order to increase performance with less resources? How do we create emotional commitment using Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, and Cultural Intelligence to bring about innovative work environments that fosters balance and increases performance? Many Adlerian concepts like Horizontal striving versus vertical striving and Social Interest leadership and other socially oriented constructs will be reviewed within this workshop. How do they integrate into forming a healthy organization with a healthy climate and culture using both Adlerian constructs as well as Organizational tools together. These factors will be reviewed in-depth within this workshop. To register, please click here.
