Psychodrama: Learn action therapy by participating in a group that will help you explore "unfinished business" through role-play.
Psychodrama is an action method of group therapy created by Jacob Moreno. Psychodrama is learned through participation. Individuals warm up through sociometry and elect one of several volunteers to act out a scenario through role-play. These action methods have been found effective in helping people work through issues from one's childhood or traumatic events. Participants will learn sociometric techniques and the basics of psychodrama. Those who choose to do so may continue to progress towards certification as a psychodramatist.
